What we collect
For talent applications: name, email, age, country, city, selected interests and 2–6 photos. You may also share experience, languages, measurements, sizes, travel preferences, public profile or portfolio links and a comment. For brand enquiries: contact name, company, email, project format and description, plus any budget and timing you choose to provide.
Why we collect it
The team uses applications to assess fit, contact applicants and match them with potential projects. Brand enquiries are used to discuss the proposed work. Submitting does not grant commercial image rights or consent to AI training.
Who can access it
Applications and photos are accessible only to authorised agency administrators. The hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Uploaded photos are not published, attached to notifications or passed to image-generation tools.
How long it stays
Applications and their files are automatically removed from the working system after 12 months. Earlier deletion can be requested using our contact email. Project contracts and materials, if any, are governed separately. Encrypted recovery backups rotate within 30 days. After a restore, expiry cleanup runs before intake is reopened.
Cookies and your choices
We use essential session cookies for forms, security and administrator login. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
Technical session data
Essential sessions may temporarily contain your IP address, browser information and form values needed to recover from validation errors. Session records are cleared within 3 hours. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and expire after at most an hour.
